Door panel retaining pins

I have a 1993 LT1. The interior door panels are loose on both driver and passenger sides, there are holes on the door and the panel (Top of both) that look like they need some type of brackett that might resemble a large "Bobbie Pin". I'm having trouble finding any type of retaining pins that looks and or works right to hold my interior door panel flush to the door itself. Does anyone have any knowledge or info that could help?
