2001 Jetta VR6 motor swap to 1.8 T

my 2001 is currently running the vr6 motor 12v. dont get my wrong i love the motor but i want to turbo it but the only kit i could find with no problems and perfect install is from kenetic for $3200. i was thinking of getting a 1.8T out of a wreck and swap the motor and build off of that. i was wondering if there was anything extra i would have to get or do, for the swap. thanks
