aux.input/output code

My dads 96 park has a pending o2 code,but along with that there was aux input/output code.Whats up with that? it stalls once in a while.

P1655 is EVAP Purge Solenoid Ctrl Circuit. This could be an electrical problem, vacuum leak @ the solenoid, or lines going to it. P0140 indicates a lazy 02 sensor which should be replaced.
