1987 F-250 351w Vacuum Hose Routing

Hello, i was wondering if anyone knew where i could find the Vacuum Hose Routing for my 1987 5.7L 351w. If you could give me any information on where to find one that i can actually see (one on my fan housing is too small) then i would greatly appreciate it.
