I have no idea what you call it, but I want to run some wires from my passenger side sunvisor down to the dash. I need to take off the panel thats between the windshield and the side window where the "oh shit" handle is. I don't want to break it, any of you done this before?

The panel you are talking about isn't held on by any screws or bolts. Only the shape of the panel is holding it in place. Sit in the passenger seat, wrap the fingers of your left hand around that panel, digging your fingers in between the windshield and the panel, and that sucker'll pop right out.
The wires that operate the passive restraint(y'know, those stupid power seat belt things) are in there.
I know, because I had to pop mine off to disconnect the wire that runs the stupid beeper that goes off constantly once that seat belts stops moving in its tracks like a good boy.
It's not nearly as flimsy as you think. You can bend it seven ways from Sunday without breaking it.

k if your taking the on out on the passenger side then you have to take the oh shit handle off first cause there is two screws holding the on and you cant get the panel all the way off.....and if you start off up top where the headliners is it is a lot earier to get you fingers under it.hope this helps

Wow! Learn something new every day. My car has no "Oh Shit!" handle, just two empty holes where the screws used to be.
I'll bet the last guy was too lazy to put it back on after playing with that wire.

PS-Anybody got an extra handle?

No but I have an extra set of the square plastic plugs that cover up the screw holes. They are yours if you want em. :)

I don't know what this has to do with this thread, but if anyone does have some speaker covers, I really really need an extra set...

As a matter of fact, there is an interior piece I am missing. My car doesn't have the little change receptacle (or whatever it is)that goes on the far left. I'm also missing the little trim piece that is the fuse-box door.

PS-I'd shell out $10 plus shipping.
