intakes, and exhaust

well I have been contemplating getting rid of the stock intake, and exhaust systems on my 1999 Accord LX, and have finally decided to retire them, and get a nice tuneable muffler/catback system, exhaust header, and intake. and as of right now I have looked at everything on the market, and am having trouble deciding what to get. I've heard people say they hate the noise from their performance muffler, and people complain about coatings and other crap with intakes. I am just looking for something with a nice take-off note, that is'nt too loud (with tuneable muffler, and possibly a silencer) I'd need a full catback kit, and I will be replacing the stock Cat & manifold.
