Fuel door and trunk latch won't work

In my 2005 Deville my fuel door and trunk latch will not work. I checked all my fuses and they are good anything else that I might be missing. It says that their both on relays but dont think the relays are energizing. doesnt the feed for the relays still come from a fused feed?
