hey Guys I am alive still my car has been in safe keeping in Storage while I complete my Law degree. Things are going really well its just a ton of work and with no DSM to entertain me I just have forgot about this site a bit.
Wish there was more for me to say been really busy and a lot of good things been happening at school.

Schools going awesome I'm really doing well. I have another year and a bit left and I will def come home to practice. My dad is a lawyer around here.

Right now I'm at the Norhtern Uni Games competing with the varsity soccer squad. I think were favourites to win it all..

But Stevie we got 2 (soon to be 3) 420a's making decent power now. boostjunkie is finishing his build soon which is a nice setup. Mine will be back on the road hopefully today actually. Had to tear down my motor 3 times since I built it. Lots of pics in my build thread.

I know a lot of people think they are money pits and yup its true for all cars. I think of it more as a hobby if you have more important things to spend money on which im sure everyone does its true but when it comes down to it its all about what makes you happy.

Absolutely. Before I tore it down, it made considerable power, Over 300 hp. Now Ive rebuilt, and added upon. CANT WAIT TO DYNO! Im just waiting on mitsu to call me and let me know they have some trans fluid in stock so I can go pick it up, put it in, and start the car!!! Very Excite for the horses powers!!(borat voice)

Lol is it that hard to believe? I bought the car off of this korean guy from the airforce, he works on fighter jets. He built the car pretty damn good. Not too mention he owns another eclipse and an evo which he also built. I dont have the numbers for it originally, but ill be happy to show you the new ones

You turbo'd the car yourself right? Then I call bs that your previously n/a 420a would run anywhere near 300hp. On Tuners, the highest hp n/a 420a is 218hp owned by user name "bullettdsm"

I don't want to argue but unless you have a dyno slip, it's just not plausible.

Ned is right. I was going to be nice and not say anything, but whatever. EVEN if you had the engine and turbo to make 300hp....Purdy sure 400cc injectors wouldnt support it.

BoostJunkies car was already turboed with a Hahn kit and fueled with Portfueler previous to his build. Those kits and that setup will make a decent amount of power right out of the box.

I'm just saying that if your going to claim "over 300hp", you better have proof.

Its not just running on 400cc injectors. Those are the injectors I have on the fuel rail. I also have another set of injectors on a portfueler setup.

If you read my last post, its obvious that I saw that. I still don't believe that it was running 300+hp and I don't see you running that kind of hp after your done with this rebuild. But who cares what I think anyway its just my opinion. Its been done before so we will see. How do you know as FACT that it had 300+hp?

Sounds good. I remember before I got my car dynod, my buddy was pretty convinced that my car was pushing 300hp. In fact, the guy I bought it from thought it was running 320ish hp. I knew he was probably way off since he admitted to never having it dynoed. I just go for it and hope for the best. unless I know as FACT what it is, I don't even like guessing. When I got dynoed, I was just hoping for 260hp. With bad preignition knock and ef'd up a/f, she only put down a meesly 234hp at -7 degrees of timing. I don't get my hopes up for high numbers cause the higher they are, the lower they may fall. I'm bored at work right now so enough of this typing on this tiny ass keypad.

Well i just got back from the Northern University Games. My Soccer team is now officially the best Varsity team in Queensland... Yup we won state! I'm a striker and I sniped 8 g's in the tourney a few real beauty crackers too ;)

And to Boost junkie. On the stock bottom end you may have been pushing 250hp at the crank. On a perfect day. Most runing about 200 at the wheels. Its imposible to hit 300 on the stock bottom end.

and nobody has any idea what my real name is lol

I also think 300whp is HAAAAARD to do on a 420, just not designed to make that much. Airflow is hard to find in those intakes and head, weak bottom ends. But im not saying it couldn't be done. I dont know how much hp mines making, DSMlink said 265 with no timing modification and only 9lbs of boost so.. I dont even trust dynos really. All i know is that my car is as fast as ill ever need it to be around a track :)

420a's stock aren't designed to make that much. However, it is doable, just cost more to get there. Many people make great power with the stock 4g63 bottoms, but it's opposite with the 420a. The head is actually beastly. The fastest 420a's still use the stock, untouched head and usually stock cams, just with some ARPs.

Yea man soon as I pay off the loan for the school :( but for sure she's my baby and I'll ride her till she outlasts me ;)
