AIM users...

Hey...

I just downloaded AIM, and I know that some of you regularly get together on it to chat or whatever, so I'm curious wether there's a specific chat-room for the 4thgenerationcivic crowd or what?

Ami, I was thinking it'd be cool if in the members section of your site, you could add AIM or Yahoo Messenger screen-names of all the members?

Yea, when there is a chat usually someone will invite you but the chat room is always named 'fourthgencivic chat'

Well, yeah... I used to do all of my AF posting while I was at work and AIM wouldn't work through our firewall, but since I'm unemployed now, I can use it at home...

I'm super pissed right now because I was downloading the program (on a 56K dial-up), and it got to 95% and my connection was reset, so I gotta download the damn thing again. :mad:

Anyways, when I figure out what my s/n is going to be, I'll post it...

i also think thats a good idea, to put that on the 4thgen site ami

Okay, I just figured this out LOL...

I get confused if I have different names and passwords for everything so I'm MightyTexn on AIM too.

yeah but my MSN kept on disconnecting so i just use the usual programs now :(

Hmmm.... never had that problem unless the MSN servers went down - it has happened. I use Trillian Pro though - has a third of the RAM footprint of MSN/AIM by them selves - hate to think what they were using together :rolleyes:
