05 Ford Explorer or 03 Acura TL

I have an 03 Acura TL and an 05 Ford Explorer. They both have @ 80,000 miles. I am going to sell one soon to get a new (used) car, and keep the other to drive into the ground. (We travel alot and I like to have a newer car for trips with the family).

My question is this, which car do you keep? I have had no problems with either car. I need to replace the timing belt on the Acura in about 20k.

The Acura would probably be a better choice for a DD. And the Explorers newer so it should sell faster and for more money. And I'm assuming the Acura is nicer to drive, being a luxury car.
