Any tips-FUEL tank replacement!!

When I was replacing my fuel filter on my 00' GP se v6 31L car I notice the fuel tank is badly dent up and I was wondering should I replace it if possible for a DIY task? I assumed my fuel pump is damaged or something for causing rough idling because of lack of fuel going to the engine. I really do not know but I do know its damage. I will try to upload pic!

Only advice I could give is if you live in a salty state like MN, start soaking everything in PB Blaster right now.

It would be easy to undo the lines and electrical up top and then drop the thank. its just always such a pain in the butt.

Good thing is, if your car still runs, you can run it very low on gas to make the tank less heavy.
