Shift Knob question.

I have a 2005 Dodge Neon SXT, automatic transmission. I also have a gorgeous manual shift knob from Momo. Is there any way I can mount the manual knob, but keep the automatic button available for use? I'm not turning down any answers, but thoughts of having the base drilled/altered to place a button on it, or an adapter placed under it (between it and the boot) are running through my head. Are there any devices like that on the market? Am I just better off giving up the manual knob and sticking with the stock one? I can't find any acceptable looking knobs in canary yellow.
This is going to be my first alteration to the car I've ever made. The manual knob is a gift, and I would go a fair length to keep it, instead of giving it up as a bad job.
Thank you for your time and (in advance) your assistance.

OK, not long after posting, I found this:

Is it possible to use this with a '05 Neon SXT?
