dammit!

first the lock on my driver door wouldn't work so i had to lock the car and set the factory alarm with the passenger door lock.now my alarm went off and now my passenger door lock won;t work.as of now when i hook the battery up the alarm goes off and my car won't start.this sucks....its a 95 cabrio.any help please?

arm/disarm the alarm at the trunk lock
