06 g6 vaccum line problem :(

So I was driving down the road and came to a gas station, got back in the car and it slammed into reverse and drive. Shortly down the road the engine light came on and it was shifting hard as hell into second and a lower thud into third. I get to auto zoned and the engine line came up with either vac, 02 sensor or the like.
I pop the hood and hear a hissing from a vac tube (or...i sure as hell hope so otherwise im just giving up on any car made after muscle age lol.). Its done it before but not as bad. The connection i found leaking the most air is slightly loose, and pressing it in seems to calm the air leak and the engine idle smooths out somewhat. (and the hard shifting and engine light go away) but it does come back after a little bit of driving.
I have no idea how to fix it, im not used to working with the newer vac setups really. I took a few pictures of it to show you(the one ending in 8107 has the connection in question) :

Is there any quick fix to seal up the tube? it really doesnt look all that accessable lol. As always, thanks for any help. and let me know if you need some more information.

Probably should have said this in the first place but if you look at...DSCF8108.jpg, focusing on the vac tubes where the top one is clipped on to the one connected to the (intake?) lower one.
The one connected to the lower one, out around its seal, is leaking. its slightly loose to the touch. Enough to cause the hard shifting + drastic MPG drop + fluttering RPMs... if I press that down it helps but it loosens back up
As well as ive gone to an auto store around here and they didnt have anything like it in their inventory so they reccomended i go to the dealership.. really wanting to avoid that. they charge around 60 for labor and take a long time heh.
