99 taurus timing chain

I have a 99 taurus 3.0 OHV. Is it possible to change the timing chain without pulling the engine?

I dont want to but i have to pull the chain cover because the gasket behind it is leaking. I just figured since its right there I will replace chain, sprockets, tensioner. What do you think?
