HELP!!!! 02 Eclipse GT Wiring Issue

:crying:My daughter let an idiot wire in a new stero, sub, and amp in her 02 Eclipse. He later took it out and tried to reinstall the original stereo, however he had cut the wires so short at the inside panel that he could not wire them back together. He has now bypassed all the wires in the panel and in the dash and ran 2 wires directly from the fuse panel to rig a radio in. The radio now works however her lights have gone crazy!!!! In the off position the headlights are on bright and the dashboard lights go off. In the middle position the headlights are on bright and dashboard lights are on. In the on position the headlights are on dim and the dashborad lights are on. Any suggestions?????? The lights are still on when the car is turned off. We have had to pull the ECU to get the lights off. Please help me!!!!:rofl:

Take it to someone who know what they are doing and make that ass pay for it.

That is going to be one of those things that someone will have to look at and figure out what happened.
