Instrument Cluster to PRNDL Indicators Fuse

Please check my early thread. ( Dash Board :runaround:), I have this van (2001 silo) for over a year now, last month the dash went crazy, now this fuse is keep blowing out, any ideas ?
when I replace it, was 25a, supose to be a 10a (fuse # 7 for this problem) as soon I turn the key (ignition) blows it again , I have to leave the car for about an hour and then the car will start.
How can I find this problem.?
Where to look.?
I took appart the bottom of the dash, but dont see any proplem in the wires.
