92 Buick PA A/C issues

I have a 92 Buick PA with nearly 100,000 miles and I've just changed the fuel filter, PCV valve and spark plugs. Before I did this my A/C was blowing extremely cold through the vents, now it isn't. Now, no air is flowing through. When I have the engine running with the hood up and open, I can hear what sounds like a loud hissing sound, as if air is escaping. The sound is coming from the rear part of the engine next to the firewall or windshield. When I'm in the car with the A/C on full blast and temp to 60 degrees, I feel no air flowing through the vents. Oh, I remember after changing these parts, one of the spark plug wires at the front nearest the fans and radiator, was caught in one of the fans. Could this be the problem? Please tell me what to check or change, and I will.

The hissing is your vacuum line sucking air- that you knocked off while changing plugs-- reconnect it at the vacuum reservoir mounted to the firewall next to brake booster.....the air is flowing inside the car-- just out the defroster due to lack of vacuum control due to the leak you vreated when the hose came off the reservoir. Plug the hose back in and all will be fine................

Thank u so much. I live in AZ. Sir, it's so hott here, the devil won't come outside, literally. So having no A/C is suicide. You don't know how much this means to me. Details were all on point. I wish I had you for my personal auto mechanic.
