Rear Bumper Brackets: 2nd Generation

I ordered a new rear bumper for my 1995 Plymouth Voyager which is relatively easy, but I cannot find the much needed U-shaped brackets that keep the bumper on the vehicle.

Any ideas where new Bumper Brackets can be found?
