radio fuse problems

The radio was working fine and i touched a piece of metal to the hot wire on the radio and i must have blew a fuse somewhere because now i have to have the hot wire(red wire) hooked up to my head lights for it to work. So i have to turn my head lights on to turn my radio on...i know its crazy, but if i accidently leave the radio on, my lights will make the dinging sound!!! lol...anyhow, i checked the fuses on the driver side door and ones under the hood and i cant find any blew, so are there any others that im overlooking? O, by the way, its an 03 grand am.

The fuse for the radio is on the passenger side door, 15 amp. If it's something besides that, I'll have to defer to those more knowledgeable on electrical issues.

you did something wrong. orange wire is your power for radio there is no red. check 15A fuse (fuse block right instrumental panel)

orange=battery positive voltage (fuse 15A fuse block right i/p)
PPL= DLC (data link connector) don't play with this wire at all !!!!!!!!
BRN= park lamp supply voltage (exterior lights)
GRY B4=interior dimming light
BLK/WHT A12=ground
BLK B5=ground
