Our 2003 2wd tahoe has some ac problems. It started out with a noise when you would get around 2000 rpms its like a vibration sound so I put on a new belt and tension pulley for ac, noise came back after a few days, then blower went out and now floor board is flooded with water not antifreeze. how do you clean the drain out for unit to drain and or is there a diagram somewhere on the ac componets.
Thanks
Thanks

A good shot of air with air hose and long tube type air blow gun in drain pipe fitting or some soft wire worked up in it usually gets the job done.
Also flipper on drain pipe may be stuck closed.
Have a look and see and let us know how it goes.

How do you keep the flapper open or even repair it since it is right behind the drying unit I think that is what it is called. can i wedge a wire in there to keep it open. I was able to get it open after my first post then purchased a 50 dollar part from cheverolet and then it filled up again i just dont want that part to burn out like last time

The flippers are like a motor boat drain.
Just pinc it and it shout openbut wiillclose when not pinched.
Take a air hose and blow on up in there to check for clogged drain pipe.

Dont mean to sound dumb, but how are you gonna pinch it cause there is no room on the firewall and it is in the housing on the inside
thanks

Well if you can not pinch it punch it with a air hose blow gun.
Good luck
