clutch pedal gets stuck to the floor..please help

After replacing the plate inside the transmission,works good for about a month.then the master cylinder goes out(or does it) so once the master cylinder is replaced runs,for about a day.could it be the slave cylinder? When the pedal does eventually spring back up gears slide into place with ease.upon releasing of the clutch from first gear it is slow to release then it barely catches the gear causing the rpm's to accelerate (almost if its not catching,but it is)it just takes me like turtle speed to get to 35 mph.I feel like a granma while cars are honking and passing me.lol.and going up a hill ?forget it..could it be that the master cylinder is not being bled properly..
