Engine knocking need help!!

I got a 92 Diamante LS 3.0 DOHC with 60000 original miles on it. I had the waterpump go out not too long ago and it jumped time so I had the the heads redone and all the valves replaced. I got it back out of the shop and made it about three miles away and it started knocking, so I took it back and after some more looking around one of the connecting rod bearings was worn out so i had it replaced so now the car runs and everything but once it warms up it starts knocking again so if anybody has a clue please let me know
