Sl to Turbo engine swap

I have a stock 96 3000gt and i was looking at a JDM front clip form a 92 3000 GTO. I was looking at this options cause it is defintly the most cost effective to just buy the front end so I have all the parts i need. Will the engine and tranny fit in and match up with my engine mounts? And if this will work where can i find an affordable auto to manual conversion kit since the JDM comes with a 5-speed or will I need one since mine at one time was a standard I am guessing from the fact I have a clutch pedal.
