running out of opitions

I have a 94 cougar and It was in storage for 3 years, I had all the fluids and filters and a fine tune up on the car before it was even taken out. Here's the problem for the 1st 2 weeks it road smooth, then I noticed that it surges up to 3rpms and then back down and bucks or acts like its got a miss in it.
I've replaced the Tps. speed sensor, ecu and alter.and put sea form in gas tank, car is still doing it.
I keep hearing that the trans slipping but the car runs perfect on some days and some days it don't. When i take it to someone it never does it at all. Any suggestions would be helpfull. Im taking it to have the fuel reg. changed and the temp sensor..

Possibly the MAF, but i'd have it checked.
Fuel Filter? cheap fix if so.

A proper diagnosis would've been cheaper than the parts and time you spent replacing miscellaneous parts so far, that probably had nothing wrong with them in the first place. :runaround:
