01' loosing power when accelerating

It's gotten worse over the last month. 148k miles, well maintained.
When i press the gas, I have to push down harder and harder to get it to go. 80% of the time it feels like it has no power. I've replaced fuel filter, cleaned MAP, throttle body, and had the fuel system proffesionaly cleaned.
any ideas????

You haven't posted anything as far as engine size or engine check engine light on...
I'd be willing to say that you have a bad coil or two. These year trucks (gassers) have a notorious coil problem. Each cylinder has a COP (Coil over Plug), and they are prone to going bad - especially at 148K. Having the truck scanned, and I bet you'll get a code or 2 that tell you what cylinder is bad...
