man i've tried dozens of things, mixxed nailpolish and enamel then cleared it it all turned gray but didnt react as made ´'waves' on the body. then i just tried thinning enamel with laquer thinner didnt work either, there has to be some way to mix enamels with something that a can clearcoat won't react with it

What type of clearcoat are you using? That might be the problem. If your using a lacquer based clear coat that wont work over enamel. Try a enamel based clear if this is the case. Also a different approace would be looking into different ways of obtaining a gloss, like floor polish or a ceramic glaze.
I use a triple thick clear glaze that adds a glass-like finish to my models. I apply 2-3 coats then sand-polish-wax. The glaze will go over all types of paint with no side effects to my knowledge.
WARNING-this stuff will drip big time if not applied carefully. Test out first before using on a model.

Just apply few mist coats of spray (Tamiya synthetic lacquer or Testor lacquer) until you build up a protective layer, then spray lightly for the rest.
Gunze has water based acrylic spray, called Top Coat. Try it, if it's available near you. I think Future floor wax doesn't dissolve enamel either, but I've never tried it, so I'll leave it to someone else.

this may help
i use tamayia clear from the jar, thin it with clear metholated spirits
i use it overall paint surfaces i have never had a problem
you will need bright sunshine for it to dry if you live in a humid climate as can get a milky appearence you can usually sand and polish after 24 hours. enamel clears usually have a yellow ting to them and used over light colours looks terable
