Engine shuts off

I have a 2001 daewoo nubira SE, and recently it's been consecutively shutting off on me. I replaced the fuel pump for it last year, and it seems that this might be the case as well now.

Anytime that I slow down or come to a stop in it, the engine cuts off and oil and battery light come on. My battery is fine cause the radio stays on when the car cuts off. I had my oil changed not even 2 weeks ago, so its not anything with that. When I go to start the car up, I have to push on the gas to give it the juice to actually cut on.

Somebody help me cause it seems to me that its the gas pump, but I very well could be wrong. So Im needing a second opinion before i go broke learning the hard way.
