I parked my car for a year and when i finally got it running again the windows do not operate. I checked the fuses and changed the relay but still no power to the plug that goes to the switch on the door. The other thing that happened is the radio doesn't work, the clock works but not the radio. Anyone have any ideas I can try?

Welcome to AF.
Since it was parked for a year, the first thing I would look for is rodent homes and chewed wires. I would also specifically check the wires that go from the car body through the door, as they can break from age due to the opening and closing of the door.

I agree with Rich- They will usually make a home under the plenum cover and chew up the harness that runs by the intake.

I checked out the wiring to through the door and under hood. I actually had to replace the intake gasket so I had the harness almost off and didn't see any breaks. The only thing I didn't do is pull out the dash which I really don't want to do. Right now I have to run a jumper cable from the bat to the drivers door and stick a wire into the plug to roll down the windows..

Okay i got done with work this morning and everything worked like it is supposed to. However now my ac comp is making noise and i can see metal shaving on it. How long will they last like that?

Hard to say. It could last years, it could puke tomorrow. If you can see the pulley oscillating/wobbling as the engine runs with the a/c off, the pulley bearing is shot and is not long for this world.
