You need to get a test light or volt meter and start at battery and cable ends and work up to and in the fuse box and see where you are losing power.

How far have have you checked for lose of power.
Dash light on good key on?
Fuel pump prime up?
And do not forget grounds.
Always check for power both sides of fuses.

or just no crank?

Im having a similar problem. Parked my 95' blazer the other night, got out and went to use the remote to lock the doors, nothing. Opened up the door no interior light, no power of any sort. Replaced the battery because it was old, even though I suspected faulty ground wire. Not the wire nor the brand new battery. Is there a master relay/fuse breaker or something that can cause this??? The only other time I came across a problem similar to this, it was a ground wire... Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

There is no master relay, circuit breaker , fuse or fuse links.
Was the brand new bttery voltage up to 13.6 volts?
If no power or nothing at all.
Start checking power and ground and voltage at battery and battery cabel ends and work up to under hood and inside fues boxes.
Good test light or volt meter works good for that.

As in post 2 tell us what you have or do not have.
