2008 canyon

Iam hearing an clunking sound every time i punch the gas pedal when in drive and below a 1000rpms. if any can help me as the dealer says this in normal.

take it to another shop if the dealer says its ok. sounds like you have too much endplay somewhere. I'd definitely get it checked out somewhere else. Kinda hard to say without seeing it in person though.
