Hey, Another Newbie

Hey, I just started browsing, and stumbled accross this site. Damn!! There are some great models!! Where do I see pics! Anywyas,

Im in OZ, drive an Import 95 Supra and Just bought a SARD Supra Takiya kit, but I stuffed it up! haha, Its my first go, I got pics, but quality is no good.

ohh, and p.s I read the Sticky Primera man put up about Newbies, I didnt know what thread to intrduce myself in. Sorry if this is another "newbie" annoying thread. I dont want to get in any bad books!

Thanks brother! Gee PMAN has heaps of mad cars! He musnt have a GF!! Is there a link with Tips, As I have only started, have no tools whats so ever! Can of spray paint from Big W!! I didnt even kno you had to sand the cars down!

Heaps of tips and tricks in there - they've been very handy for me... should do the trick for you!

Yeah, Integra, Supra man, Ive spen heaps of money in REAL cars, now I want to do some models, when I was younger, I didnt have the patients, I threw the shit accross the room, as it was too fiddley for me!
While the REAL car is getting a single turbo upgrade, I can use the time making kits.

Hey 1 Question I want to ask, is how you guys lower the cars? I read the FAQ, but didnt find it.! Gee I read it for about an hour, and didnt know there was sooo much involved!!

Hey! I just bought a Supra like the one PMAN finished, I open it, and its already sprayed, is this normal? Coz the SARD supra I bought was just in White.

he's been here for roughly two days and he's racked up more posts than me! j/k. I'm also from australia. good to see some people in here who have a full size version of their car to work from. ;) I hope to see some of your work in the future.

lol, its not sprayed. Its in its factory colours. Take a closer look at it.
It doesnt have that spray texture that paints have.
Some kits come in their orginal colours and some dont.
Depends on you, if you want to spray it over again to give it a more realistic look and shine.
I say go for it and train up on your spraying skills, have to start sooner or later.
