2004 gt1 not starting

I've had my 04 gt1 parked for awhile cause of tranny problems and my battery froze so I had to replace it as the car would only start if I boosted it. But now after changing the battery the car won't start at all. It has lots of juice and tries to turn over but it seems like it's not getting fuel. Could my fuel pump be shot? I can't hear any noise coming from the pump. Any suggestions would be really helpful.
