Idle on B 3000

My engine idle has a small rough tic. It's not major, but I can feel it through the brake pedal and my seat. No check engine lights. I'm thinking it might be a small vacuum leak. Or may be some idle valve. Is there a diagram for the vacuum for a 99 B 3000 out there any where?
