Need Help With Wiring

okay okay.... I was working on my car the other day and I realize that my CD player no longer works...so I take it out and jump it off the battery but I forgot to hook the ACC wire up so I thought it was dead. I beat it with a sledge. Anyways....As I was putting the car back together I routed the radar detector wire behind all that shit and then I realized that it wasnt coming on when I turned the key. So I take it to my moms car and the radar detector still works. So I have a dead circut. I have no blown fuses. And since they work on the same fuse\circut I have no idea what the hell is going on. I havent been cutting any wires anywhere but I did get a nice spark from my starter when I hooked the battery cables up before I hooked it to the starter....Im a dumbass. Any thoughts?
I kinda need to figure this out. I get my license back in TWO DAYS and I want to have a CD player soon after. I have one in the mail but I need to make it work.

you probably fried the wires when you got that spark, try finding your ACC line and see if its tore up or anything.
