1987 w/305TPI MAF HELP

I am working on a 87 Camaro with a 305TPI and the idle is up around 1100 to 1500 at times. I checked the codes and the only one that was stored was for the MAF. Upon inspection, it appears that some clown spliced in a MAF plug to the harness about 3" back and wire butted each of the 5 wires together, but the problem is that fact that the wire colors from the harness to the wires on the 3" if the plug that they connected are not the same like the plug may have been taken from another make/model of car, but physically the MAF and plug look right.

What would help is if someone can take a pic of the MAF plug with the wires coming out of it to the harness where I can see the colors and placement on each terminal so I can make sure this clown who did this did not cross any wires. I want to start there before spending the $140 on a new MAF. Email: d.stolpa@wi.rr.com
