Oh,for crying out loud.When did the US State Department get the franchise to harp on continuously about what other countries should and shouldn't do?The Empire mentality seems to be getting stronger every day.Is the US government going to continue to behave like the playground bully until they manage to offend enough nations to start WWIII ?

See Naki, that's why I want to live in New Zealand:rolleyes: I Saw an interesting movie lastnight, it was called "Equalibrium" and it was basically the world with no feeling. After WWIII Society wanted a solution for peace so the created a drug that would block all human emotions so no one would feel anything one way or the other, therefore everyone would get along, and anyone who defied these rules and was caught would be killed on the spot. A bit extreme yes, but good flick.

Its amazing that when Canada (or another country) critizes the US everyone immediately believes what they say and takes it at face value, but when the US does the same its an effort by the US to exhort control over the other country. That duplicity is often lost on the people here.

Maybe perhaps it's because how they protect themselves can also affect how we protect ourselves. They are our northern border after all. Common sense to want to help them to help us.
If it was easy for a terrorist to get into Canada, it could provide another means to get into the US along the northern border.
