2001 sebring convertible air bag light problem

My 2001 chrysler sebring convertible lxi air bag light comes on and keeps dinging while I'm driving. The doors are completely shut and seatbelts are buckled. Why is it doing this and how do I make it stop? Also how do I take the top dashboard piece off to replace the 3-1/2" infinity speakers? Please help! :rolleyes:
