2003 2.2 serpitine belt install problem

hi i trying to move the belt tensionner but i cant get a 3/8 driver as its different from regular belt tensioners it doesnt use a bolt but what can i get in there its a like 3/8 drive ut cant get the 3/8 driver in there so tight on this ectotec motor
