injector flow rates

anyone know what flow rating the b18b1 injectors are? i know i need to upgrade for the extra fuel needs of a turbo kit. but what are the stock injectors rated at? and how many lbs/hr does the fuel pump flow?

i want to say they flow 240cc, maybe someone else knows for sure
