Tire Brands

What are some good brand tires that you all use? I have not had the best of luck with Kuhmo (they got flat alot, and all of them busted on me) and Sumitomo (they were quiet, but they punctured easily, and all of them busted) I had 1 Falken when one of my right after the warranty Kuhmo's busted, and it lasted with no problems or punctures, up until now.
Right now I have Hankook and Ventus on them but what are you all riding on and what do you think is the best tires? By the way I am talking about my Prelude 205/40/17.

I got a set of Kumho 712's, and they kick ass in the rain. I think they're the best tire for the price.

Mine suck, my camber did a good number on the tires. I'm getting a camber kit soon so maybe it'll improve.

The kuhmo 712's is what I had and they all busted in less than 8 months. I hydroplaned, spun around in the middle of the expressway and came about 2 inches close to hitting the wall and I was face in the opposite direction. It scared me to death. I'll never buy those again.

on my 91 I have AVON ZZ1 205/40/17
on my 92 I have Sumitomo HTRZ II 205/40/17
never had a problem with either brand. in fact they are the best tires I ever bought. both brands are great in the rain and wet conditions.
They have no traction in the winter tho. I have winter wheels for both cars.

The best I could afford were Eagle HPs. They were on sale at Sear's (about 4 times a year). I paid $170 for a pair, including mounting and lifetime balance.
They've got a speed rating of 120 MPH, which is fine, since I still have the wimpy D15 and I'm lucky to get it up to 115 MPH even going down a steep hill.
They help me stop quick, though, and have already saved me from several accidents.
I've heard good stuff about Yokahamas, too.

True, I don't drive the car every day, so they last me pretty long.
They are a soft tyre tho.

I want to get some more of these, but I don't know anywhere around here that sells them for the low low. These were some good tires.

I used to have those falkens all around back in the day when I had some 15's on my hoopty, but my clutch went out so I had to sell the wheels to pay for the clutch, so I rolled steelies for a while again which had the bridgestone potenza's I have seen on a lot of other 4th gens.
Then I got my civic VX rims and got some michelin "rated-x" tires 175/70/13's and have loved these tires and they grip really well.

Are these FK451s? Used to have those but went to the ZE326 as it's heaps quieter and lasts a bit longer. Grip is almost as good, but the difference in noise is amazing!
