The other day I backed my car up to wash it and after I finished I tried to start it up, with no luck. I checked the fuel pump pressure, which was 0 psi. So I changed the fuel pump along with the fuel filter. After changing the pump I checked the fuel pressure, and still 0 psi. So could this problem have to do with the electrical system? Also, I've recently replaced the spark plugs and all of those are firing. Any ideas? Thanks.

Do you have 12v to the pump?

I found out why it wasn't starting, the little gray box that connects the wiring harness one of the sockets was blown out so I changed it off of another fuel pump I had. The car finally started, but there is only 20 psi when I check it when it is running. 45 psi is the norm right? Don't know what else to check.
