cant beat splinter cell

ok, I am at the part where you go into the drunk chinese guys office (feirong I think) and you go and grab hijm, make him gewt into his computer, then he passes out, and as you try and leave, everything blows up. I tried shooting out the office windows and the windows at the stairs but they wont break, and I can jump up on the file cabinets to get out of the first hall, cant see any bars on the ceiling to get out on, and the stairs wont work as the escape route cuz they are on fire too.


anyone who has beat this game, please tell me how to get past this point.

I also have SC on xbox. To my knowledge there is fire + an explosion, but you can still access the stairwell because that's the only out of the office and to finish the level.

How am I supposed to get past the fire?

This is the easiest game out there, I beat 3 times in less than a week. Use common sense in the game. that helps

and I have been in that level many many many ,many times. no windows can be shot out, no poles on ceiling to hang from, stairways on fire and you cant get down them, so if you beat it 3 times, enlighten me

Oh yeah, I wasn't meaning to be a smart ass I was just letting everyone know that common sense is what i used to beat the game. If you need any more help just post a question and I can tell you what to do. the fire want hurt you if you jet down the steps and don't purposely try to get in the fire.

it does burn me and kill me before i get to the bottom, so now what?

Joth, what's the best way to go about the level where you inflitrate the CIA, Ive tried that level so many times yet I cant get past the stairwell without dying.

you talking about the one you go around and climb in through a ventilation fan?

which part are you talking about? I know the CIA but where in there?

well, figured it out finally, half was from help half was me, that window on the stairds i couldnt shoot out or open, I had never crouched before I tried opening it.:rolleyes:

but now I am on the next leve;l doing fine again, I cant believe I was held up for onths juts cuz I didnt crouch.

Its the one where you have a certain amount of time to get to the air vent and get inside. I can get inside, and I can get that one dude who is walking back and forth but I can never get up that set of stairs at the end of the hall ( by the camera) without dying. The farthest Ive gotten is on the platform after going up the stairs, then I was shot to death.

well, I vaguely remember the level, i can do it again later and then post how, but this comes to mind.

when you get to the top of the stairs, climb just enough so you can see the guy but you are still hidden and watch his pattewrn, once you know when he will look at you, you will know when to sneek up behind him slowly, grab him, drag him to the dark, knock him out and move to the next guy. cant really be anymore help cuz I cant remember, played that level long ago.
