How to calculate wear and tear cost?

Hey guys-
I have a 2008 Chevrolet Express 3500 15 passenger van pulling a 7'x16' dual axle cargo trailer. A friend is moving from Oakland, CA out to Austin, TX, and has asked if I will drive him and his stuff out there, with him of course paying for gas/wear and tear on the van.
Only thing is, I can't find much online about how to calculate the wear and tear of my van. I thought it would be pretty easy to find a calculator, but no luck. So, any help would be great!
The trip will be 3,500 miles, and I would like to calculate cost WITHOUT factoring in gas costs. The drive will be the 2008 Express 3500 van pulling a trailer (either a 7x16 cargo trailer, or pulling a Honda Civic hitched up).
