03 Explorer Pass. Sun Visor Mount Replacement

I need to replace the mounting plate for the pass. side sun visor. It cracked, broke the hangs by the wire. Where can these be bought, if they can be. I ordered one from dealership 3 weeks ago, still no show.

You can get one from the salvage. Most Ford trucks from that year of manufacture will work.
