I a have a 99 mustang with 3.8. has fire and fuel pressure at rail. tries to start but acts like out of time. Check cam and crank sensors. checked all grounds. all seem to check out. any advice where else to look

Have you checked the fuse for fuel injectors under the hood. The CKP (Crank Positon Sensor) operates on very low voltage. Make sure the harness connections are clean and tight.

I've checked all the fuses and made sure I have my reference voltage to my sensors. Plugs are wet.
