Engine light On when pass through the ditch

I have Camry AWD and yesterday I tried to pass through the ditch (but didnt touch underbody)when the front right tire is inside the ditch the rear left tire hang and start to rotate and I did reverse and tried it again on second attempt i manage to get through, when I looked on the dash I came to realise that the engine light is on, after about 3 minutes the light came off.
Im just wondering or transmission problem cause by hang rotating tire??

This was probably caused by the rear tire spinning freely. I had something similar happen to my 94 Camry when the front wheels were placed on a dynamometer (a treadmill-like device) for a polution test. The ABS dash light came on after the test. A couple of minutes later, the light went off. Never had another problem. If the light went out, I wouldn't be concerned.

In the future, when asking for help, it is best to give the year of your car, which engine is in the car, current mileage, along with any recent maintenance or repairs.
