93 PA transmission problem???

93 PA 147k

All of a sudden I have to rev my engine to 3-4000 rpm before my car start moving. I have to keep the rpm that high to keep moving.
I can not reach more than 30 mph on a flat road. Up hill my car almost stops.

I looked through the forum but could not locate anything like this.

Since end of March I have been having transmission issues. Links below.
Did my transmission died?

I think it's time for a rebuild, or the JY after getting estimates, if you prefer.
