Some newbie questions.

Ok, I know someone who is selling a 1994 Talon ES for a good price. But I have heard that it is hard to find parts for this car. Is that true?

Well me and my dad went and test drove it yesterday, and when we got done driving it we popped the hood and noticed an oil leak if I knew what everything was I would tell you where it was coming from and maybe someone could tell me if this is a common problem, minor or something big i should stear clear of. One other thing, when we first started the car up it sounded liek a belt was squeaking but after the car warmed up it went away, but once when I hit the clutch it squeaked again. Is that some sort of belt or is that the clutch going bad? Thanks for any help you can give me before I buy this car.

Ya, i have the same problem about the noise, what is it is just the altenator belt is lose, just need to get it tighten and it should be fine.

by the way im new to this car too, i just got it like a month ago.
Dont wash your engine with water, i did that and the car wont start for like 2 days. :banghead:
