Power Windows working intermitent then quit

My Power windows on my 97 started working intermitent then quit working at all. I just took the drivers side door panel off and opened up the switch. Everything looked pretty good except for some soot on the contacts. All the switches seem to be making contact. Fuses are all OK and the door locks work OK. It seems like there isn't any power to the window switch.

Have you checked to see if the switches are actually getting 12V?
